Coaching for life, dating and breakups
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 08/08/25

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the “Client”) and Savannah at Next Chapter Thinking (the “Coach”) for coaching services.
By booking and attending a coaching session, you agree to the following:

1. Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support your personal or professional development. It is not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for mental health care. The Coach does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions.

If at any point the Coach feels your needs may be better served by another professional, she will discuss this with you and offer appropriate signposting.

2. Confidentiality
All sessions are strictly confidential. Anything shared during sessions will not be disclosed to any third party, except in the following circumstances:
-
If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others
-
If required by law
-
If you give written consent
-
Basic notes may be taken for coaching purposes, securely stored and never shared.

3. Session Format & Scheduling
Sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise stated (e.g. Reset sessions are 30 minutes; initial Breakup session is 75 minutes).

Sessions can take place online (via Zoom or similar platform).
You may choose the frequency of sessions: weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
If you need to reschedule, please provide 24 hours’ notice where possible.

4. Payment & Cancellations
Payment must be made in advance of the session unless otherwise agreed.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.

Packages or multi-session bookings are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise arranged.

5. Your Commitment
Coaching works best when you are open, curious, and committed to the process. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
The Coach is here to guide, challenge, and support you, not to tell you what to do.

6. Liability
The Coach will always work to the best of her ability and within ethical coaching guidelines. However, she cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
By engaging in coaching, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for your own wellbeing and decision-making.

7. Ethics & Insurance
Savannah is a certified NLP Coach and soon-to-be qualified Breakup & Divorce Coach. She adheres to ethical practices in line with the Association for NLP (ANLP) and broader coaching standards.

Professional liability insurance is in place.

8. Contact Between Sessions
Brief check-ins between sessions (via email) are welcome for accountability or sharing reflections. However, ongoing support is reserved for session time unless part of an agreed package.

9. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated occasionally. The most current version will always be available on the website.
