How we help
What a session looks like
1:1 session 60 minutes - £45
Each session is shaped around you: your pace, your style, your story.
Come weekly, fortnightly or monthly, whatever feels right.

This is a safe, supportive space where nothing is too messy, too stuck, or too small to explore.
​
We’ll start by grounding in your current story, then gently move toward what’s next using thoughtful prompts, reflective exercises and practical steps to help you find clarity and confidence.

Whether you arrive with big questions or just a quiet knowing that something needs to shift, we’ll take it one meaningful step at a time.
1:1 session 30 minutes - £30
Sometimes, when things build up or become too much, the best thing is to just have the freedom to talk it out.
​
This is a 30-minute space to let it out. No judgment, no fixing, no need to hold it all together. Just time for you to speak freely and feel the weight lift a little.

Reset sessions focus on talking, acting as a release for anything that may be weighing heavily. Any action needed can be brought forward into your next 1:1 session. We’ll gently hold what’s coming up, take some of the emotional strain out of it, and leave the deeper work for another day.
You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and a little more like yourself again.
