What a session looks like
1:1 Coaching - 60 minutes - £45
Your first session is a gentle space to explore your dating story so far, reflect on patterns, and start shaping a clear picture of what you want and how you want to show up in love.

This is a supportive, judgement-free space where you can bring whatever is on your mind: whether that’s uncertainty, frustration, excitement, or curiosity about dating differently this time.

Together we’ll slow things down, untangle patterns that no longer serve you, and help you step confidently into dating from a place of clarity and authenticity.

With thoughtful prompts, soft guidance, and practical tools, we’ll help you reconnect with yourself, understand what you truly want, and begin shaping the next chapter of your love life with intention

1:1 session 30 minutes - £30
Sometimes, when things build up or become too much, the best thing is to just have the freedom to talk it out.
​
This is a 30-minute space to let it out. No judgment, no fixing, no need to hold it all together. Just time for you to speak freely and feel the weight lift a little.
​
Reset sessions focus on talking, acting as a release for anything that may be weighing heavily. Any action needed can be brought forward into your next 1:1 session. We’ll gently hold what’s coming up, take some of the emotional strain out of it, and leave the deeper work for another day.
You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and a little more like yourself again.
